Downtown Cleveland announces weekly concert series Gigs on the Green now through Oct. 11

Every Wednesday, with the exception of Sep. 27, local musicians will play from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the U.S. Bank Plaza on 1350 Euclid Ave..

The concert series, titled Gigs on the Green, began over the summer and featured artists such as Kristine Jackson, Sunset Harmony, Rubix Groove and more.

Upcoming concerts will feature the Colin Dussault Trio on Sept. 20, Jul Big Green and Free Black! on Oct. 4, and Thor Platter Band on Oct. 11.

With venues changing every month, the concert series lands in Playhouse Square right across from Cleveland State University’s Film School for the months of September and October.

All events will be located outside, with chairs and blankets available to those who come. The concerts are free of charge.
