Jacky Eubanks, Turning Point USA Field Representative and overseer of TPUSA Northern Ohio universities chapters, including Youngstown State, Akron, and Cleveland State, has double downed on AR-15s.

“In light of the recent school shooting and the inevitable push to seize our AR-15s,”  reads an Instagram post from the Eubanks account on March 29. “My YSU chapter has decided to double down on their support for the 2nd Amendment.”

The post comes after a school shooting on Monday, March 27, at The Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee, that killed three staff members and three nine-year-old children.

Since the shooting, thousands of Nashville students have protested in the Tennessee Capitol, demanding stricter gun laws.

The Cauldron reached out to CSU TPUSA Chapter President Joey Falconi and their advisor Dr. Wenbing Zhao on April 7 for comment on if the CSU TPUSA Chapter supports Eubanks’s comment.

Falconi and Zhao did not reply for comment.

Since The Cauldron reported on how CSU TPUSA Chapter is a mess and creating a hateful environment, they have made their Instagram private.
