Cleveland State University announced the introduction of vaccination incentives for CSU students, faculty, and staff earlier today via email.

For a three week period from Oct. 5 – Oct. 26, students, faculty, and staff who get vaccinated at CSU’s Health & Wellness Services will receive a $50 VISA gift card following each dose of the two-dose Moderna vaccine, for a total of $100.

Those who are already vaccinated are instead eligible to enter weekly drawings for $2500. There will be two drawings each Friday in October, one for students and one for faculty and staff. Proof of vaccination will be required to win, and students, faculty, and staff must complete this form to enter.

COVID-19 Vaccinations are available on campus on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. – 4p.m. at Health & Wellness Services on the second floor of the Center for Innovation in Medical Professions, located across the street from the Student Center. There is no cost and no appointment is needed.
